January 30, (Day 3)

Today I met with Mark and he does the clinical support. He help Doctors and today when I interviewed him, he was helping a doctor from Uganda in Africa. Mark also knows a lot about PDA's and other hand held gadgets that make research more convienient for Doctors at the office or even on the go. He knows about the latest equipment and he is a very helpful person when it comes to the new smart-phones and PDA Resources & Services .

Contact Mark,
After I finished interviewing Mark I went over to Bob. He is the Business manager and he is in charge of the finances of the Medical library. He makes sure all the staff gets paid including security which is important. Bob is the person the faculty goes to in order to make financial decisions because he manages the budget, and YES YALE has a budget. So that means he is very good at math..... and he is he loves math and in high school it was his favorite subject. Too bad its not mine =( but his job requires him to have a strong background in mathematics. Bob was a very interesting person and i'll be sure to go to him when I'm having trouble with my math homework.

Contact Bob,
